Stop in just to browse, smell the wood, learn how to spot real agarwood. We don’t have sales quotas — buy only when it feels right.

The showroom carries 200+ pieces. The website shows only a small slice — our VIP and collector pieces usually stay off the internet.

Stop by during a quiet hour? We often share tea and are happy to talk about the story behind each piece. There’s no rush.
Directions to the showroom
From Freeway 22 (Garden Grove Fwy)
Exit Magnolia St — turn left onto Magnolia — drive about 1.5 miles to Bolsa Ave — turn right onto Bolsa — continue another 0.8 miles and Phước Lộc Thọ is on the right.
From Freeway 405 (San Diego Fwy)
Exit Bolsa Ave (from the north) or Beach Blvd (from the south). Phước Lộc Thọ is at the corner of Bolsa & Magnolia.
Once you arrive at Phước Lộc Thọ
Park in the free lot (often full on weekends — come early if possible). Enter through the main doors and walk straight down the ground-floor hallway. Our showroom is Suite 127, on the right side, near the food court. Look for the “Trầm Hương Nguyễn” sign in both Vietnamese and English.
Tip
Saturday and Sunday are very busy — if you can, visit on weekdays for more one-on-one time with us. Mornings (11 AM – 1 PM) tend to be the quietest.
